When making an excel report, you will probably see cells containing the formula. In it, this cell value is equal to the other cell. You can see the following example.
Example: The value of cell A1 is mrhonghat.com as shown:
Now, I will create a cell containing the formula in cell A4:
The question now is whether there is a shortcut to when you place the mouse pointer in cell A4 and click it to go to cell A1. The above example is too simple and you will wonder what the hell there is such a shortcut. But if put in the case of a person reading the report, he must know where the data comes from, it will be useful.
After finding out, I discovered three interesting shortcuts:
– Ctrl + [: takes us to the cell containing the value (A1) from the formula cell (A4).
-Ctrl + ]: return us to the formula cell (A4) from the cell containing the value (A1), if the cells in the same sheet.
–F5 + Enter: return us to the formula cell (A4) from the cell containing the value (A1), if the cells in the different sheet.
Please note that these shortcuts only work in excel files that have been saved with specific names. Create a new file, save it and then test the shortcuts.
